I am a Certified EcoBroker, and Certified Green Professional (CGP) member of (NAHB)the National Association of Home Builders. I have been trained in understanding what makes a property green, helping clients evaluate the cost/benefits of green building features and practices, distinguishing between industry rating and classification systems, listing and marketing green homes and buildings, discussing the financial grants and incentives available to homeowners, and helping consumers see a property's green potential. In 2006, I built and was the General Contractor for my own Energy Star 5 Star home in NH. My husband and I laughingly tell people that \"On the way to being frugal, we stumbled into Green!\" Our home includes Geothermal heat and A/C, an Insulated Concrete Foundation (ICF), Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS) and many other energy saving features.
