Commercial HVAC Savings

OptikW is a family of technology and service offerings that is the platform for us to cost-effectively optimize indoor environment conditions and process cooling. The Energy Intelligence Center optimizes the consumption of energy (kilowatts) for commercial real estate air conditioning and industrial refrigeration blast freezing systems. Given the complexity of HVAC equipment and the growing capabilities of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Building Automation Systems (BAS), we are pleased to support Facility Owners, Managers, Engineers, Mechanical Contractors, and Energy Service Companies. Where appropriate, we welcome the opportunity to work as subcontractors to help our channel partners deliver the results that their clients seek.

We have the experience and the technology to cost-effectively optimize kilowatt hours per refrigeration ton (kWh/RT), without disrupting existing equipment or the user experience. We offer options for payment that include paybacks within 2.5 years or licensing with monthly/quarterly payments, based on a guaranteed savings share performance structure. The performance option includes a mutually agreed baseline with metering or metrics from the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP).

Our advanced and custom tailored OptikW Algorithmic Software is the technology cornerstone of our offerings for commercial water and air-cooled systems, heat pumps, and process cooling. We also provide support services and technology to meet the needs of our clients.
