Our GREENandSAVE Staff is pleased to highlight educational programs that promote sustainability and wellness. This class on Growing Herbs & Microgreens Indoors is a great example of how people can proactively start to produce some of their own food to increase health, reduce cost, and reduce the environmental impact of CO2 emission from food transportation. The shorter the distance form farm to table the better!
