Mini Split System Disinfection for COVID-19 in Louisiana

Mini Split Systems or “Mini-splits” are heating and cooling systems that allow control of temperatures in individual rooms or spaces.

Business owners and homeowners are facing increasing challenges with COVID-19 to adequately disinfect rooms and promote safety in Louisiana.

We are pleased to provide this information below from Purge Virus regarding their offerings for Mini Split System Disinfection.

Our Purge Virus team is pleased to provide multiple solutions that include UV light, Photoplasma, and Bipolar Ionization. Our Bipolar Ionization solutions have been well received, because in addition to helping to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Mini Split System Disinfection also removes odors from sources such as tobacco and cannabis.

For more news on COVID-19 in Louisiana: How will Louisiana convince people to get the coronavirus vaccine? Here's the $475K plan

“Now that Louisiana is receiving COVID-19 vaccines each week, the state Health Department is turning its focus to a crucial part of reaching herd immunity and ending the pandemic by immunizing 70% of the state’s population: convincing people to get it.

The agency will spend about $475,000 on an ad campaign, produced by the Baton Rouge marketing and ad firm Feigley Communications, aimed at promoting the safety and efficacy of the available COVID-19 vaccines.

Their work will be informed in part by polling done by the Louisiana Public Health Institute, which conducted a survey about the pandemic in June and is launching another on vaccine willingness soon, in conjunction with the Louisiana Health Equity Task Force. That task force was formed by Gov. John Bel Edwards to address the pandemic’s disproportionate effects on minorities.”
