Our friends at NRDC have put together a simple but powerful new visual.
It's a map of the Gulf of Mexico that tracks closures, advisories, and notifications at beaches affected by BP's Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
It is a way to watch the spill spread. And, hopefully, once we get this leak plugged (or capped or blown up or something), it will be a way to watch the Gulf Coast return to normal.
