#1: Wearing 'Eagles' Green may start to count.
The Philadelphia Eagles have been picked as the most eco friendly team in the NFL. The Eagles Go Green program is so solid that fans can ride their coat tails and support the franchise. For years, fans have led the green wave by wearing green jerseys, socks, body paint, key chains, hats, gloves, scarves, coats, and even green parachute, or "hammer," pants from the 80's. Basically anything that has an Eagles logo on it. Keep it up!

#2: Actual Fashion Design
Green could be the new black. Have you tried to find awesomely organic made clothes but didn't know where in the love of Philly to look? Well look no more! Philadelphia area native, Ali McCloud is here to brighten your day. She has left her corporate years in Manhattan working in marketing and sales behind to follow her dream of becoming one of the first green Philly fashionistas. After she completed the graduate program in Global Fashion Management at FIT, the Fashion Institute of Technology in NY, she came back home to combine her love of fashion, business, marketing, sales, and her green earth to open the Arcadia Boutique. The boutique is located on North 2nd Street, and it includes the work of over two dozen eco-designers. Shop 'til u drop' knowing everything that you buy has a green seal of approval from mother earth herself. Thanks Ali!

She has teamed up with tons of other brands on one of the greenest fashion websites around! Just go to Shop Modify to see her sophisticated but funky, and totally eco-friendly, designs created right here in the Philadelphia area! Cooler still is that the business was created by two moms who wanted to spend more time with their new babies while doing something rewarding and fun!

For multiple decades, Urban Outfitters President Richard Hayne has been building an international business that started in the heart of Philadelphia's University City.
Urban Outfitters has released an 'Urban Renewal' line, and the pieces are made in the United States with green on the brain from reclaimed and recycled fabrics.
