We are pleased to provide this information below from Purge Virus regarding their offerings for PTAC Disinfection.

The Purge Virus team provides multiple solutions that include UV light, Photoplasma, and Bipolar Ionization. The Bipolar Ionization solutions have been well received, because in addition to helping to prevent the spread of COVID-19, they also remove odors from sources such as tobacco and cannabis.

PURGE VIRUS DOESN’T MAKE PTAC UNITS…THEY RETROFIT THEM TO DISINFECT INDOOR AIR.

For Purge Virus to match the available technology to your in-room HVAC systems, you can let them know the manufacturer’s name and model # of your PTAC Units. From there Purge Virus will provide you with a free assessment of the most applicable solution. The average cost of equipment and installation per room is coming in at $550-$650. Purge Virus also offers zero upfront cost financing over 3-5 years. The monthly cost can be as low as $10 per month per room.

NEWS on COVID-19 in New Jersey: https://6abc.com/indoor-sports-nj-outdoor-gathering-limit-coronavirus-new-jersey-covid-19/8441149/

"The good news is 367 persons were discharged yesterday but another 507 COVID positive residents were right there to fill those beds and were admitted," said Governor Phil Murphy on Wednesday.

Data on hospitalizations and deaths shows the virus sickened and killed more people during the holidays.

According to 6abc's data team, currently, 3,129 New Jersyans are hospitalized for COVID-19 and those admission rates are growing.

Pennsylvania's hospitalization trends surpassed New Jersey's with 4,744 patients hospitalized. Those numbers are also growing fast.
"It is critical right now. We don't expect the peak filled at least mid or late December given travel and Thanksgiving. We're still expecting (it) to go up," said Dr. Rohit Gulati, the chief medical officer of Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia. He says they currently have more COVID patients than they did in the spring but now they are more prepared from equipment to logistics.:
